Water Fee
Water for life use is 2.4 yuan/ton, for industrial use is 2.55 yuan/ton, for special use is 4.7 yuan/ton.

Steam: (1) Taicang Harbour Environmental Protection Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd: 0.981 MPA will charge 153 yuan/T; 2.5 MPA will charge 179 yuan/T.
(2)Taicang BaoLiXieXin Thermoelectricity Co.,Ltd & Taicang HongDa Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd will charge 155 yuan/T for industry use while 161 yuan/T for civil use.
(3) Taicang Blue-sky Thermoelectricity Co.,Ltd will charge 165 yuan/t.
Capital Construction Cost The capital construction is mainly made up of construction cost and regulation fee. Generally speaking, the construction cost for common premises is RMB 750 yuan/sq.m and regulation fee is RMB 80 yuan/sq.m including urban construction coordinated fee and design examination fee, etc. (which is charged differently with concrete projects and the location)
