CBD of the Centre District
According to the international standards, the CBD is planned to integrate the functions of administrative, cultural, business, living and etc. into one center covering an area of 2 square kilometers and form the new Central Business District with beautiful scenery and harmonious environment.
New Town of Nan Jiao:
According to the planning, the total population will be 80-90 thousand with a total area of 7.8 square kilometers. With integration of living, recreation, vacation, business, entertainment, science, education and sport, it will form a new town of "One Center, Two Axes and Seven Districts".
New Port City & the Star of Port City:
(1)New Port City: It covers an area of 52.42 square kilometers with a population of 200,000. Currently over3.6 square kilometers are under construction as its first phase. The overall plan will follow the idea of "One Center, Two Axes, Three Corridors and Four Districts" based on Fuqiao Town. The concept of the New Port City is to be an ecological Port City along the Yangtze River.
(2)The star of Port City: Located in the east of the New Port City with planned area of 1800 Mu, it will be a wonderful riverside resort and tourist destination integrating sightseeing, traveling, business conference, recreation, food and beverage.
