Note:
1ˇ˘Any manufacturing project with total investment of more than US$30 million and other projects which need to be approved by the competent departments of the State Council shall be preliminarily examined by the municipal government with all related departments of the City prior to submitting to the competent departments of the State Council for examination and approval.
2.any project with gross investment under US$30milion shall be examined and approved by the City Bureau of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation or KETD.
