A. Favorable Location and Convenient Transportation
Changshu is located in the centre of Yangtze River Delta, which is one of the most developed areas in China. In recent years, the city honors the reputations like Historical and Cultural City, State Sanitary City, State Garden City, State Advanced Comprehensive Security City, State Excellent Tourism City, International Garden City.
Our industrial park is located in the north of the town center.It is 85 km away from Shanghai, 30 km away from Kunshan, 40 km away from Suzhou, 40 km away from Wuxi and 18 km away from Changshu Port. It is embraced by cities mentioned above, which makes it easy to get full radiation and influence from them in terms of capital, technology, talent, information etc.
The Industrial Park is 5 minutes to the entrance of the expressway, half an hour drive to Suzhou, Wuxi, Kunshan, Zhangjiagang and Taicang; 1 hour drive to Shanghai, 2 hour drive to Nanjing and Hangzhou, 15 minutes drive to the State A-class Inland port ----Changshu Port.

Light Railway: It is under planning and will be 540km long.
Expressway: Changshu is on the junction of Sujiahang Expressway and Riverside Expressway. Xitai and Suyuzhang Class A Highway also go through Changshu city.Otherwise the Changkun Highway is under construction, which is only 5mins to Kunshan after completing.
B. Full sets of Infrastructure
The Industrial Park is adjacent to the downtown., so all sets of Infrastructures including recreation, education, food and amusement are all available, like Changshu international hotel (five ¨C star hotel and 3 km away from the industrial park), Changshu Institute of Technology ,Changshu Foreign Language School (2 km away from the industrial park). It takes 5 to 10 minutes drive from the Industrial Park to the downtown. We can provide the convenient for your cadres¡¯ children study in Changshu Foreign Language School.
C. Power Supply
East China Power Supply Network ensures the power supply of the industrial park. There are three big power plants in Changshu, one is Changshu Power Plant with the capacity of 1.2 million KWH; the other two are Hong Kong CRC Power Plant and China Power International with the capacity of 2 million KWH respectively. There are six local power plants with capacity of 100,000 KWH each. There are three 110KVA transformer substations in the industrial park, which ensures the power supply for the enterprises in the industrial park. We can ensure that there is no power cutting and restricting in our park.
D. Total Natural Gas
Total Natural Gas in Changshu is 1.8billionm3/year.The Design flux of natural gas pipeline in our industrial park is more than 180,000m3/hour .
E. Human Resource
There are 50,000 technicians and 400,000 skilled workers. Talents with ability and quality can be enrolled nationwide. Every year more than 3000 university graduates come back to Changshu. Enterprises in the industrial park can cooperate with colleges to train their staffs.

Wages of workers for foreign funded enterprises shall not be lower than the local average wage level. The enterprises may decide it independently. B. Port
In Oct.1995 the port of changshu was authorized by the State Council to be the A-class port open to the outside, and serves as an important part for Shanghai International Navigation Center and Suzhou Industrial Park for import and export. Now it is a multi-functional deep water port, which mainly serves containers, able to hold vessels up to 80,000tons. In 2004, it has been classified as one of the Top 10 National Inland Ports with throughput exceeding 16.2million tons. Presently, the port has trade and navigation relations with 212 international ports of 47 countries and regions. And it listed as the biggest steel-transferring£¨it is the 17% of China total and 40% of Ease China£© base in East China and the most important paper pulp distributing center in China.
Import and export volume of Steel-transferring is 2 million tons per month.
C. Geology of the industrial park
Located at the foot of Yushan Hill, the industrial park enjoys the geology advantage. The bearing ability of soil is 18-24 tons for each square meter. It is not necessary to do pillar hammering when building the workshop under 5 stories, which means saving the construction cost. (120 RMB/ m2 ) on one hand, and saving the construction time on the other hand. We can provide the near land geological reports for your company complementarily. Recommended to ensure that your company's plots without piling and without sedimentation. The altitude level of the industrial park is 6.5 meters above Wusong standard, 4.6 meters above Huanghai standard. It has never been flooded in the history.
